Returns & Warranty

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have your goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing hello@adelaidepilates.net with:

  • Your proof of purchase

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs or videos of the fault

  • The product serial number (where applicable)

We'll assess your claim and, where required, liaise directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Transit Damage

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order has been damaged during transport, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • Photographs of the damaged item

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Your order number

This allows us to lodge a freight claim as quickly as possible.

Change of Mind Returns

Under the Australian Consumer Law, Adelaide Pilates is not required to provide a refund, replacement or exchange if you simply change your mind.

Where a change-of-mind return is approved, it is at our discretion and may be subject to:

  • the goods being returned unused, in their original packaging and in saleable condition;

  • deduction of any non-refundable merchant processing fees or direct transaction costs incurred;

  • deduction of any freight or delivery costs already incurred; and

  • return freight being arranged and paid for by the customer.

Warranty Exclusions

Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage

  • Incorrect assembly or installation

  • Misuse, neglect or accidental damage

  • Failure to follow maintenance instructions

  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs

Please refer to the relevant manufacturer's warranty for full terms and exclusions.
